Supernatural Gallery Show!
Interested in seeing my Dean's Journal and other prop replicas from Supernatural in person? From June 6th - June 29th it will be on display in the Vox Populi Gallery in Philadelphia, PA as a part of a gallery show displaying prop replicas and works inspired by Supernatural. If you’re a fan of Supernatural, and will be in or near Philadelphia in June, I recommend stopping by and checking it out!
Beth Heinley, the curator, will be giving gallery tours cosplaying as Castiel the weekend of Philadelphia Comic Con: Tours begin at noon and 3pm both Saturday June 21st and Sunday June 22nd.
Vox Populi is free and open to the public.
Convention Season
I'm sorry I've been so inactive guys! It's the height of convention season right now, so I'm crazy busy. I'm leaving for BronyCon in Baltimore in just a few days (yes I spend the week there because I'm management. wooo) and then I've got Geek Kon at the end of August. And before that I had Kitsune Kon, C2E2, and Anime Central. So yea, it's been crazy. But, once all the cons are over, I'll have more time to dedicate to drawing, and I promise I'll return to my normal activity levels. :)
Username Change
So, many of you may have noticed that I've changed my username to "dreaminpng." I've been thinking about this for a long time, and it just felt right to do for several reasons.
It was getting irritating having my deviantart username be different than my tumblr and my new twitter.
"Yumeru" was the name I picked for myself in Japanese class in high school waaaaay back in 2001. It was the nickname I went by all throughout high school, but abandoned mostly when I went to college. While my callsign when I do conventions is still "Yume" I don't really feel that "Yumeru" reflects who I am anymore. It speaks of a younger, more immature version of m

I haven't made a twitter yet though, because the username "kmbillustration" is already taken. Sadface. Suggestions for an alternative are welcome. Though I don't really use twitter, so if I don't end up using it, it's not the end of the world.
